Laltu’s Golbari is food joint in Gora Bazar, Kolkata and I had been eyeing this restaurant for quite some time due to its good reviews in zomato. When I finally got the opportunity, I ordered chicken fried rice, dal makhani and tandoori roti through zomato.
Firstly kudos to zomato for their quick delivery.
The food was fresh and hot and packed very nicely. There was not any spillage which is greatly appreciated.
Coming to the dishes-
Chicken fried rice was light and non greasy. The lightly flavoured rice was delicious and I was delighted to see ample amount of chicken in the fried rice.
The dal makhani was thick, creamy and a mouthful. It is definitely worth trying out with the soft tandoori roti.
All the prices were justified. So anyone on a budget but craving good food can definitely try out this restaurant
