Laketown Milan Mela : Experience the Buzz of Kolkata

Here comes the First Mela, the first and biggest winter fair in Kolkata, marking the start of the city’s Winter festive season. This is popularly known as a Local Mela of Lake Town, yet you can find a variety of things, from candles to aesthetics, at reasonable prices. This Mela will give you a taste of the Bengali culture, lively atmosphere and the great shopping experience, which is why it is called as the Milan Mela 

The Lake Town Milan Mela is indeed a large-scale seasonal fair that is held every year in the Lake Town area of North Kolkata. One of the earliest fairs at the beginning of the winter season, which makes the crowd more enthusiastic to participate in this year. The word Milan Mela suggests a meeting fair, which in turn relates to a gathering point for all the locals and vendors participating in this fair.
